Can One Hour A Week Make A Difference?

It certainly can.


I just wanted to say, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023. Thank you so much for tuning in. New year, new you. Well, sort of. If you are like me, you don’t FEEL much different. And this can be an issue for a few reasons.

The main reason being that it seems that each year that goes by, there is less and less time to do those things that you have been “meaning to get around to.” I’m here to exclaim that ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST!

It Takes Some Dedication

All you need to get motivated is to spend ONE HOUR A WEEK on making progress on whatever it is.

Having a hard time shedding those extra pounds? Are you aching to do more song-writing or poetry? Struggling with carving out time to work on some visual works? Trying to carve out some extra “ME” time as a parent or caretaker? Are you worried about finding extra time to recharge after a long work week?

The Good News…

The good news is that you are able to do something about it. It might not be drastic, but I’m certain that ONE hour a week towards your goals is better than NONE.

Any of those projects that you’ve been wanting to do in 2022, but couldn’t get around to? You owe it to yourself to give yourself permission to go ahead and get around to them this year.

One hour a week towards your goal is all you need. Get to it.
